Interesting article by the BBC about the European Commission submitting some changes to encourage EU consumers to shop online and have access to cheaper cross-border deals.
It’s a nice try and socially positive attempt but considering the number of countries and legal frameworks impacted, it’s unlikely to come through and have the desired impact.
